Why did the BBC put a bowl of rice on the Mandarin/Chinese child's head?
What are the people at BBC thinking? the french and the Spanish speaking children are wearing hats while the mandarin speaking child has a bowl of rice on his head. why did the BBC used a bowl of rice? what kind of message are they trying to send?
